At Protest Engineering we provide a broad range of construction materials testing & engineering services, including geotechnical, structural & environmental. With real world experience along with our NATA & ISO17025 accreditation, our clients can be assured confidence in receiving high quality results. Established in 2015, Protest s founders have a combined 20 years of on the job experience alone. Protest has implemented a careful selection process of its employees, with staff being chosen on their expertise, experience & excellence. This is demonstrated by the extent of qualified personnel within the company, with essentially all technical staff having completed or enrolled in a formal tertiary qualification along with many years of experience in an analytical field & in the construction industry. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING (CMT) With Protests appropriately qualified & experienced team, who are well trained in the field of CMT, our clients benefit from their extensive knowledge. Protest maintains a large fleet of vehicles & fully equipped NATA accredited Laboratories to ensure our clients needs are met, on time & within budget constraints. We have the resources to take on any project, large or small, with NATA accreditation for a broad range of testing including AS1289, AS1141, AS1012 along with Queensland Department of Transport & Main Roads, Roads & Maritime Services NSW and Vic Roads. Our field staff are proficient in project testing & local authority requirements along with being adept in compaction & moisture control as well as material types & their suitable uses allowing them to relay on-site indications of test results or material compliance. GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES Protests Consulting Engineers provide geotechnical design & advise for residential, industrial & commercial buildings, roads, railways, bridges, tunnels, dams along with oil, gas projects. 4 ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Protest Engineering has the capability to prepare environmental assessments & impact statements. The environment is one of our most precious resources & so environmental assessments or impact statements may be a contentious subject for a variety of important projects. Protest is able to prepare firm, permissible statements to allow your project to progress without delay & meet budget constraints. STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING SERVICES Protest provides a structural engineering service for any project large or small. We have the capability to provide design concepts for any of the following; Footings & Slab on Ground Retaining Walls Piling Details Roof Structures Timber & Steel Framed Walls Swimming Pools General Structures DRILLING SERVICES Protest Engineering owns & operates their own geotechnical investigation drilling rigs. Predominantly being a range of 4WD mounted continuous flight augured rigs which are operated by our experienced Soil Technicians & capable of drilling to 9m in depth & conducting SPT tests. The investigation process is imperative for any residential, industrial or commercial developments in order to interpret the subsurface conditions before the design process can commence.
