While traditional floor boxes don t allow for much job-specific selection, Walker floor boxes are designed to fit almost any project, and any decor. To determine which floor boxes are best for your job, consider the following: Workstation Requirements Start by determining which services are required at the workstation. If the workstation requires power but not communications, then a single-gang box is needed. If multiple services are required, multigang boxes must be used, and it s also necessary to determine how many communications jacks are needed, and whether they will be mounted flush or recessed. Before choosing a floor box, know your needs. Aesthetics After determining your workstation requirements, choose floor box covers that support those needs and the aesthetics of the job.
