Al: Item 16A Remove and dispose of offsite contaminated materials in accordance with MOECC. TRCA and other statutory requirements had been added to the Pricing Form. Q2: How does the City intend to pay for the placement of Asphalt, Concrete & Gravel Driveways on the Laneways. A2: Placement of asphalt and gravel driveways will not be part of the contract, since these driveways are not within City s property. 10 Remove and Disposal of Contaminated Materials - SP12 pgjalpvision July2017 Any contaminated materials identified by the provided geotechnical investigation report or determined by investigations completed by the Contractor that have disposal restrictions shall be disposed at a suitable licensed landfill facility. The borehole information and results of previously completed environmental testing are included with the Contract Documents. If the City or the Contractor suspects the presence of contaminated material beyond those noted in the geotechnical investigation report, the Contractor shall arrange for the necessary environmental testing for confirmation. Measurement for Payment Measurement for Disposal of Contaminated Material including all investigations, consultation, testing, and all related items of work shall be measured in tonnes of contaminated material requiring disposal. Basis of Payment Payment at the Contract Price shall be full compensation for all labour, Equipment and Material to do the Work. Addendum No. 2, TCN
