5 Quicklock Pty Ltd The Quicklock Modular Solution Quicklock is an award winning innovative solution. The new revolutionary locking wall system was patented in This West Australian based company was established in 2004 and is constantly busy with the development and expansion of their product range. The quicklock solution allows clean, no mess installation with panels up to 3.5m high. It shortens office disruption time by 75% compared to conventional installations and makes re-configuration of the office layout a breeze as it is reusable. The panels are insulated using R3.5 insulation. How does the Quicklock modular solution work Quicklock panels are custom made to ceiling height. A top capping is screwed into the T bar of the suspended ceiling where the office wall is required, a floor track sits on top of the carpeted or tiled floor without doing any damage to the floor cover, the required panel is lifted into the top capping and by adjusting the bolts on the bottom of the panel to the required height the panels could be slid in position. The Quicklock panels clip together with the unique quicklock patented solution. The Quicklock Modular solution consists of solid panels, half and full height glass panels and modular door systems. The solid, glass panels and door system can be changed to any configuration as your business needs change. Endless design options including: White boards and pin boards. Panels are 70mm thick and have R3.5 insulation, segregated for power and data connections. Custom made height between 2100mm and 3600mm. Standard widths are 1200mm, 900mm, 600mm, 300mm and 150mm. Solid quicklock panels could be laminated and use as white boards, have a granite,stone or wood finish for reception and boardrooms. Solid panels can be upholstered to be used as pin boards or enhance the existing sound proofing. Laminated panels have an aluminum frame and are installed with aluminum top track and skirting. 8 Glass Panels Description and specifications Glass panels are manufactured to required ceiling height, standard glass panel is 1200mm wide. Full height standard glass panel have approximately 3 square meter glass and three quarter glass standard panel approximately 2 square meter glass. Quicklock standard panel have a 6.38 clear laminated glass installed with a MDF frame, but there are various options. Standard painted panels with MDF or aluminum frame or laminated glass panel aluminum frame only. Clear laminated or toughened glass,tinted or frosted with company logo. Customized panel with small viewing glass or infill panel with glass. Page 8

10 Modular Door System 1 Description and specifications 3 The modular door system make reconfiguration a breeze. The door set is a standard panel 1200mm wide and consist of a door head panel 900mm wide and height depending on ceiling height, two door panels 150mm wide and custom made to fit ceiling height, two door frames, door frame head and 870mm wide door.
