3 2 Journey Deepika Infratech Private Limited is an ISO 9002:2000 certified multi-discipline engineering contracting and construction company having its registered office at Hyderabad in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. Deepika Infratech Private Limited originally incorporated as a Partnership firm under the name and style of Deepika Constructions in the year 1984 by its Chairman Sri K.Upender Reddy. Since inception, DIPL has been actively engaged in Civil Contracting and Infrastructure development activities. DIPL has worked with various Clients of Public and Private sectors such as Indian Railways, y, Singareni Collieries, and various State Irrigation Departments, etc. Over the last few years, DIPL has undergone rapid expansion and is at present working in various parts of India in different public and private sectors. Now, the company is having all India presence viz., Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Bihar, Assam. DIPL s growth can be directly attributed to its propensity to adopt, endure and remain credible amongst all its competitors. 4 3 Management Team Mr. K.Upender Reddy Chairman Mr. K.Upender Reddy is the Chairman of the company. He is the founder and promoter of the Company. He is acclaimed visionary in the field of integrated infrastructure. He has over 25 years entrepreneurial experience in the execution of various projects. He is pivotal in setting the group strategy for future expansions and maintaining corporatral relations. Mr. G. Venkata Reddy Vice Chairman Mr. G.Venkata Reddy is the Vice-Chairman of the company. Formerly, he was the Managing Partner of G.Venkata Reddy &Co. He is an integral part of the company and contributes significantly in growth of the company. He has over 30 years of experience in construction business and has been actively involved in running of major construction projects. Mr. Srujan Soodini Managing Director Mr. Srujan Soodini is the Managing Director of the Company. He holds degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and has topped that up with MS in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Design and CNC Controls Fabrication from Southern Illinois University, USA. 8 7 Tunnels & Shafts DIPL has the capability to provide engineering services for Tunnels & Shafts using high caliber engineering professionals and technicians. The skills gained over the decades of work experience, enables the Company to visualize and implement, established project goals and requirements. Roads & Bridges Roads and Highways development are essential for any nation s economic growth. Indian Government planning to increase spends on road development. As per NHAI, development of 16325Kms of road needs to be awarded within two to three years. With inherent skills and resources to develop and execute high magnitude Infrastructure development projects, DIPL has ventured into Road & Bridge construction sector and entered subcontract with Gammon India Limited for NH4 in Karnataka, which is a part of prestigious Golden Quadrilateral road network managed by NHAI.

9 8 Railways DIPL has successfully tackled railway works and has acquired experience in the areas of Gauge Conversion, Doubling, Earthwork, Concrete Bridges and other associated Civil works. DIPL successfully handled many gauge conversion projects including structures in North East Frontier Railway and East Central Railway of Indian Railways. Mining Operations DIPL owns a large fleet of heavy mining equipment and, is supported by a pool of highly skilled and motivated team of people, for operation, maintenance, supervision and management of mining services. DIPL lays special emphasis on adoption of scientific, systematic and safe mining practices for maximizing efficiency of its services, with due care for mineral conservation. DIPL has been awarded UGD work by Municipal Corporation of Madurai and water supply works by Tiruchirappalli City Corporation of Tamilnadu State.
