The documentation submitted has been eviewed and accepted by Miami-Dade County RER - Poduct Contol Section to be used in Miami Dade County and othe aeas whee allowed by the Authoity Having Juisdiction (AHJ). This NOA shall not be valid afte the expiation date stated below. The Miami-Dade County Poduct Contol Section (In Miami Dade County) and/o the AHJ (in aeas othe than Miami Dade County) eseve the ight to have this poduct o mateial tested fo quality assuance puposes. If this poduct o mateial fails to pefom in the accepted manne, the manufactue will incu the expense of such testing and the AHJ may immediately evoke, modify, o suspend the use of such poduct o mateial within thei juisdiction. RER eseves the ight to evoke this acceptance, if it is detemined by Miami-Dade County Poduct Contol Section that this poduct o mateial fails to meet the equiements of the applicable building code. This poduct is appoved as descibed heein, and has been designed to comply with the Floida Building Code including the High Velocity Huicane Zone of the Floida Building Code. DESCRIPTION: Atisan Blend Handmade Bael Clay Roof LABELING: Each unit shall bea a pemanent label with the manufactue's name o logo, city, state and following statement: "Miami-Dade County Poduct Contol Appoved", unless othewise noted heein. RENEWAL of this NOA shall be consideed afte a enewal application has been filed and thee has been no change in the applicable building code negatively affecting the pefomance of this poduct. TERMINATION of this NOA will occu afte the expiation date o if thee has been a evision o change in the mateials, use, and/o manufactue of the poduct o pocess. Misuse of this NOA as an endosement of any poduct, fo sales, advetising o any othe puposes shall automatically teminate this NOA. Failue to comply with any section of this NOA shall be cause fo temination and emoval of NOA. ADVERTISEMENT: The NOA numbe peceded by the wods Miami-Dade County, Floida, and followed by the expiation date may be displayed in advetising liteatue. If any potion of the NOA is displayed, then it shall be done in its entiety. INSPECTION: A copy of this entie NOA shall be povided to the use by the manufactue o its distibutos and shall be available fo inspection at the job site at the equest of the Building Official. Such testing shall be submitted to the Building and Neighbohood Compliance Depatment Poduct Contol Section fo eview. 3.4 Minimum undelayment shall be in compliance with the applicable Roofing Applications Standads listed section 4.1 heein /90 hot mopped undelayment applications may be installed pependicula to the oof slope unless stated othewise by the undelayment mateial manufactues published liteatue. 3.6 This acceptance is fo wood deck applications. Minimum deck equiements shall be in compliance with applicable building code. 4.
