2 Modular Chambers Modular Plastic Chambers We are currently manufacturing four different modular inspection chamber systems Ecolite, Atlas, EasyStack and EasyLiner which are suitable for different areas of the construction industry. The systems are able to withstand different load bearing strengths of up to 9o tonnes, and are available in many different chamber sizes. The components are made from recycled plastic and can be recycled at end of use, helping you meet sustainability targets. Ecolite Ecolite is a modular inspection chamber system which is ideal for water utilities, including hydrants and service valves, and many other applications, including access and house inspection chambers.

3 PRODUCT FEATURES Able to sustain 40 tonnes loading (with 60 tonnes and 90 tonnes in some of the larger sizes). Available sizes: -150x150mm, 380x230mm, 430x280mm, 450x600mm, 600x600mm, 750x600mm and 900x600mm Ring height = 150mm Available sizes are 25x50mm, 150x150mm, 430x280mm Wall thickness is 40mm for , 65mm for 380x230x430x mm for larger sizes. 4 EasyLiner EasyLiner is a lightweight yet rigid chamber which can be easily assembled. All components lock together, making EasyLiner a robust chamber which is suitable for a variety of uses. This chamber system is normally concrete back filled and offers an alternative to rotationally moulded liners, over which EasyLiner has cost and technical advantages.

5 PRODUCT FEATURES The chamber can be supplied fully assembled or flatpacked. All components are made from recycled plastic, strong polypropylene, and are recyclable at the end of use. Knockouts to suit 60, 110 and 180 mm pipe. Can be drilled easily for other diameters. 6 Atlas Atlas is a range of innovative structural access chambers for underground installations. Ideal for all ducted network applications where access chambers are required for inspection and maintenance, Atlas is suitable for all footway and highway projects, including the creation of: -Duct Access Chambers -Drawpits -Catchpits -Valve & Meter Chambers They are able to withstand high loading forces which means that a concrete backfill is not required in many applications. The modular design allows for highly customised sizes and configurations, as well as extremely efficient transport and rapid response to bespoke orders.

7 PRODUCT FEATURES The components of the Atlas chamber system are manufactured from recycled polypropylene and have knock-outs for 110mm ducting. The system is available in various sizes and can withstand loadings from 12.5 tonnes (with larger chambers over 25 tonnes). The walls are available in 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm etc and can therefore be assembled into a great variety of chamber sizes. The duct entry options are available with 110mm duct entry knockouts pre-moulded into the wall sections, but can also be supplied with larger pre-drilled duct entries to despatch and meet specific site requirements. 8 EasyStack EasyStack is a twin-walled inspection chamber system which is manufactured from recycled polypropylene. This chamber system can withstand loads of up to 90 tonnes which makes it suitable for almost all areas of the construction industry, including airport and dockyard installations. The EasyStack chamber system was used for one of our projects in the London Gateway Port. They are twin-walled and can be reinforced to cope with the large lateral forces experienced in deep chambers. PRODUCT FEATURES The parts of the walls are available in the sizes of 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm and so on and can therefore be assembled into larger chambers with walls up to several metres long. It can also be strengthened with steel parts to make chambers resistant to high lateral loads. EasyStack s duct entry options are available with 110mm entries pre-formed and with 110mm knockouts, but can also be supplied with larger pre-drilled duct entries to meet specific site requirements. 10 Water utilities AquaCrate Our Water Attenuation System Due to increasing environmental problems, caused mainly by development, Pennine has produced AquaCrate, an attenuation and infiltration system which prevents extreme peak flow to main drainage and water purification systems. Therefore, AquaCrate decreases the inconvenience of flooding during heavy rainfall. It can also be used for greywater storage.

12 Ladder Systems Tested to BS by Lloyds British PLC and made to ISO9001 Quality Standards, the EasyLadder is an innovative and elegant reinforced, thermoplastic ladder system. The modular nature of the system facilitate easy transportation and use. Large quantities of ladders can be erected in a matter of hours by unskilled personnel. Easy The EasyLadder compares favourably with galvanised ladders on price and much more so against stainless steel. It is also superior in durability to both galvanised and stainless steel ladders. 13 PRODUCT FEATURES The modular design allows for more economical and efficient transportation over long distances, than fully assembled ladders. Pull ups available for safer ingress and egress of chamber. There is no maintenance required other than occasional cleaning with a pressure hose, if required. Supplied with stays which fit both rectangular and circular chamber cross-sections. UV resistant and non-corrodable. Significantly lighter than steel at approximately 4Kg/m. 14 Ground Reinforcement FirmGround Ground Reinforcement Mats Ground mats have increasingly become an alternative to concrete products as they are ideal for various building projects and easy to install. Currently, we are manufacturing four different ground mats FirmGround39, FirmGround45, FirmGround70 and FirmGround- Heavy which mainly differ in their compressive strength, making them suitable for use in a variety of building projects. All four ground mats are manufactured in the UK and are made from recycled high density polyethylene with other polymers added to reduce brittleness at low temperatures.

15 500x500x39mm (0.65 kg) FirmGround39 is a versatile interlocking ground mat which is ideal for grass and gravel infill. It has a compressive strength of 200 tonnes/sq.m. when filled with gravel and are specially designed to allow water to drain away whilst pockets at the base retain some water. This prevents grass from getting waterlogged or dying through lack of water. The individual ground mat parts are easily clipped together to build a surface which is ideal for car parks, pedestrian areas and access roads. FirmGround39

16 FirmGround45 500x500x45mm (1.2 kg) While the FirmGround45 can be used for similar building projects to the FirmGround39, it can however withstand a slightly greater compression and has a compressive strength of 200 tonnes /sq.m. when filled. It is also designed to allow water to drain away whilst pockets at the base retain some water. This prevents grass from getting waterlogged or dying through lack of water. The individual ground mat parts are easily clipped together to build a surface which is ideal for pedestrians, cars and light HGVs.

17 500x500x68mm (1.8 kg) Just like the FirmGround39 and 45, the FirmGround70 is ideal for car parks, pedestrian areas and access roads, but this ground mat can withstand a higher weight, which is 240 tonnes / sq.m. when filled. It is also designed to allow water to drain away whilst pockets at the base retain some water. This prevents grass from getting waterlogged or dying through lack of water. The individual ground mat parts are easily clipped together to build a surface which is ideal for car parks, pedestrian areas and access roads. FirmGround70

18 FirmGround Heavy 500x500x80mm (3.2 kg) FirmGroundHeavy has a compressive strength of over 300 tonnes per square metre unfilled. Therefore, this ground mat can withstand fully loaded wagon loads. It can also, like the other three ground mats, be used for car parks, pedestrian areas and access roads. Additionally, it is designed to allow water to drain away whilst pockets at the base retain some water. This prevents grass from getting waterlogged or dying through lack of water.

19 Other Products Other products Here at Pennine we manufacture a large range of products. Our one true specialism is creating high-quality items which are easy to use, long-lasting, and competitively-priced. Our innovative use of polypropylene and polyethylene with UV stabilisers lends robustness and durability to our products, as well as protection against environmental wear. We also manufacture a slate effect tiling system, a verge trim roofing range, temporary and permanent flooring, sub-paviour trays, hanging baskets, planters and vertical wall gardens. We are also currently developing a range of manhole lids.
