Cheques will only be accepted by prior agreement with the auctioneers. 2 All items MUST BE REMOVED BY FRIDAY NOON, 28 TH APRIL Any goods remaining after 28 th April will be considered forfeit and no refunds made. 3 All posts, etc. sold in situ must either be dug out or cut off to within 1cm of ground concrete level. 4 The yard at Chelford will be open for clearance of goods between 8.00 am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and up to 12 noon on 28 th April. 5 Whilst all descriptions statements and items contained in this catalogue are given in good faith the Auctioneers do not accept liability for error omissions or mis-descriptions.
