8 Galeco STAL 2 Gutter System Galeco STAL 2 is a gutter system designed to provide modern and aesthetic solutions perfectly harmonising with the structure of the building. Using the square steel gutter in the Galeco STAL² Gutter System enables a soffit cover to be installed which is snapped into the lower locks of the face brackets. The solution allows the face of the gutter to be hidden and the bottom of the seals to be finished with the Galeco NOVA decorative soffit ceiling, making the eaves nice and smooth. Heated gullies and clamped collar gullies are also available. OUTLET BASKETS Outlet baskets are auxiliary components for emergency drainage systems designed for flat roofs. The first type of basket is equipped with an outlet designed to connect a round pipe of diameter 100 mm in the Galeco STAL system. The second type can be connected with a square 80x80 mm drain pipe in the Galeco STAL 2. 17

The cables are installed using dedicated clips for half-pipe gutters, and the distance between the clips should not be greater than 30 cm. Normally two cables are laid in the gutter, but in gutters and pipes of diameter 12 cm or smaller or in mild winter regions one cable is normally sufficient. The heating cables are particularly designed for the square gutters used in the Galeco HIDDEN GUTTER System that is equipped with square downpipes hidden in the facade. The heating cable system significantly reduces the risk of water freezing in critical points of the downpipe, but is also a warranty condition for this type of piping.
