7 Purpose-built products On request we can produce various different purpose-built models of most of the s in our product range. Height compensation s isospan s can be cut at the works to achieve the necessary height compensation according to your individual specifications. Ceiling frame s Lintel s isospan corner s can be cut and glued to create purpose-built lintel s according to your individual requirements. Prefabricated panels Cement bonded woodchip insulating panels either single or dual-layered can be delivered, can be used as permanent shuttering for concrete slab ceilings or to make special frameworks (pillars, beams, stopend formwork etc.). 8 isospan Prefabricated wall elements Delivery The isospan prefabricated wall elements are delivered in our own transport cages. The cages can belifted by the site crane from the lorry onto the building thus saving time and effort during the installation of each element. Lifting & setting The elements are lifted into place. Because the elements do not weigh very much they can be positioned quickly and easily. Installing the elements According to the height of the elements, they are either positioned using small wedges (smaller s) or using mounting supports (higher s). A remote-controlled crane makes the correct positioning of the elements easier.
