2 Masonry and Concrete Improvements Status: Contractor: Pioneer Masonry Restoration Inc., Seattle WA. Construction contract: $87,931 Work being performed at eight facilities. The work is substantially complete. School sign being rebuilt at Hazelwood Elementary School.

3 Masonry and Concrete Improvements Existing mortar at top of concrete column at Cascade Middle School. New mortar bearing pad at top of concrete column at Cascade Middle School.

4 Masonry and Concrete Improvements Removal of deteriorated mortar joints at the Pioneer Elementary School playshed.

8 Energy Improvements Status: Design / Build Contractor: Ameresco Quantum, Inc, Renton, WA under an ESCO (Energy Service Company) contract. ESCO contract: $2,273,646 with partial funding from a $1,300,000 grant from OSPI. Work being performed at 11 facilities and includes lighting, plumbing, irrigation system, and mechanical equipment upgrades. Project 95% complete. New lighting at classroom at Lake View Elementary School.

9 Energy Improvements New low-flow toilet fixtures at Rainier Middle School.

10 Energy Improvements New air handling unit being lifted onto roof at Alpac Elementary School.

11 Energy Improvements New heat pump chillers at Rainier Middle School.

12 Hazelwood Elementary and Rainier Middle Schools Modernization Status: Contractor: Lincoln Construction, Inc., Spanaway WA. Construction contract: $1,796,800. Work includes architectural, food service, mechanical and electrical improvements at Hazelwood Elementary and Rainier Middle Schools. Project is 80% complete. New hot water heaters at Hazelwood Elementary School.

14 Hazelwood Elementary and Rainier Middle Schools Modernization New ramp for disabled access to stage at Hazelwood Elementary School.

Installation of new sound system at Auburn Memorial Stadium.

Work includes replacement of existing buildings except Auto Shop and PAC. Auto Shop, PAC and site will be modernized.
