2 GUIDELINES QEN Construction of New Shaded Car Parking Response to this questionnaire shall be completed in English by a senior member of your Company. The requirements of each question shall be addressed comprehensively, with all supporting documentation duly provided, to enable Oman LNG evaluate thoroughly against the requirements for this Service. Oman LNG reserves the right to verify any and all information contained in responses to this form. Oman LNG shall be advised immediately should there be any significant change in the information provided in this document. It should be noted that this document is solely for the Prequalification evaluation of the company, for the purposes of inclusion on Oman LNG Tenderers Lists for the stipulated requirements. 3 QEN Construction of New Shaded Car Parking 1.0 INTRODUCTION Oman LNG LLC (hereinafter referred to as COMPANY intends shortly to issue a tender for the Constructing Artificial Grass. The COMPANY wishes to pre-qualify potential contractor capable of managing and executing this service, and hereby invites you to submit pre-qualification documentation as required. Further details are given below. 1.1 BACKGROUND Oman LNG intends to construct artificial grass at its Qalhat Complex - Sur. 2.0 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE The scope of work includes the following but not limited to: To excavate up to a depth of 270mm. Supply and fix kerbstone to the periphery of the artificial grass area in true lines and levels. Provision of drainage by installing and fixing 50mm sating steel mesh as a drainage exit in between two to three meters of the kerbstone length. Laying of PCC up to 70mm depth Supply and install FIFA approved 4th generation artificial grass as per the below specification: Model: Soft Grass Pile Height: 35 mm. 3.0 OBJECTIVE OF PRE-QUALIFICATION The objective of this exercise is to invite and identify potential capable service providers who shall indicate their interest in tendering for Constructing Artificial Grass. Tenderers shall be prequalified based on information submitted that demonstrate capabilities in the performance and management of Construction Services in accordance with the COMPANY Standards & Procedures, and standard HSE requirements. Should you wish to be included (if pre-qualified) on the bidders list, kindly indicate that you have firm intension of bidding by providing the following; in the event that you intend to utilise a subcontractor for any aspect of the works, please state so clearly in your submission, and provide also such sub-contractor submissions for any of the requirements below which is to be subcontracted: 3.0 PLEASE PROVIDE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FAILING TO WHICH WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION: 3.1 COMMERCIAL INFORMATION Registration: Submit copies of commercial registration.
