1 Proposed Furnishing OF S.B.I., MAIN BRANCH, KAPADWANJ - LOOSE & FIXED &FURNITURE WORK PRICE BID (not to be filled) NO PARTICULARS QTY UNIT I WORK STATION / COUNTER 1 BR HEAD S W.S.- SIZE: 6-0 X 2-9 X 2-6 ( 1'6"extended top) + SIDE RACK - SIZE: 3'6"X1 6 X NOS The basic structure of the work station shall be made out of 18 mm ply with all open edges covered with beading. The top shall be of 18 mm th. ply + 18 mm th. ply patta on outer side & 18 mm ply & 6 mm ply patta on inside with 1/2"X 1 1/2" wooden beading. The front will have additional 12 mm th toughten additional aqua blue glass fixed with patch fitting. The work station with side rack touching to the wall will have 6" high ply runner made out of 12 mm ply in 4 mm th. veenear finish DRAWER UNIT: The basic structure of the drawer unit shall be made out of 18 mm ply. It will have series of drawers (1 small at top & 3 of equal height below the same), made out of 12 mm th. ply sides, 6 mm th. ply bottom & 18 mm ply front facia & side supports sliding on channels. A wooden member of size: 2½ x¾ shall be fixed between each drawers. SIDE RACK: The W.S. will have a Side Rack of size: 4-0 x 1-6 x 2-6. The basic structure of the side rack should be of 18 mm ply & 6 mm ply puthi as shown. The top shall be of 18 mm ply + 6 mm th. ply patta on front side. The side rack should have 19 mm plyopenable shutters. The side rack should have 18 mm ply vertical & horizontal shelves as req. The W.S. should have ready made leg rest.there should be provision for cable manager system with necessary cutouts in top surface. There will a ready made troly for C.P.U. The entire work station shall be in 4 mm th. veenear finish on horizontal & vertical surfaces on all open external sides. It will be in balancing laminate( matching to veenear) on internal surfaces including drawers( white). All the wooden borders / members shall be in a 2 mm th hard P.U.COATING-high gloss THE. W.S. 2 Table Top x 2-6 ( Extended top of 1'-7" ) finished with 6mm solid surface, including edges covering & polishing The basic structure of the work station shall be made out of 18 mm ply + with all open edges covered with beading. The top is extended with curve in vertical surface up to 1'5". shall be of 18 mm ply + Made from 3 Layers of 6mm flexible ply, top of the counter to be finished with Installation of Solid surface of 6 mm thk. To minimize material usage and facilitate installation a corner block of corian should be made square (Butt) rather than mitered. The edges to be joined should be straight, smooth and clean. Joints should only be made with joint Adhesive for manufacture specification. All corners of a cutout must be rounded to 5mm radius and the edges smoothed, both on top & bottom, all around a cutout. "L" & "U" shaped corners need smooth 5mm radius inside corner. to cover the thickness & will have 1/2"x1" wooden beading. The front facia will have additional 4 mm th, 16" high, AQUA BLUE SHADE OF SAINT GOBAIN (or eq.) fixed with silicon sealent. The counter will have additional 1 no. 12 mm th. Clear toughten glass of size: 5'-0"x 2'-6" with half round cutout with 4" radius fixed with side partition with S.S. bracket DRAWER UNIT: The basic structure of the drawer unit shall be made out of 18 mm ply. It will have series of drawers (1 small at top & 3 of equal height below the same), made out of 12 mm th. ply sides, 6 mm th. Ply bottom & 18 mm ply front facia & side supports sliding on channels. A wooden member of size: 2 ½ x ¾ shall be fixed between each drawers. All 3 biggar drawers will have internal divisions made out of 12 mm th.ply for currency notes as / requirement. SIDE RACK: The W.S. will have a Side Rack of size: 3-0 x1-4 x2-6. The basic structure of the side rack should be of 18 mm ply & 6 mm ply puthi as shown. The top shall be of 18 mm ply + 6 mm th. ply patta on front side. The side rack should have 18 mm ply openable shutters. The side rack should have 18 mm ply vertical & horizontal shelves as req. The W.S. should have ready made leg rest.there should be provision for cable manager system with necessary cutouts in top surface. There will a 18 mm ply with laminate shelf for C.P.U. top of work station with extended surface / side rack will have solid surface. drawer facia of work station / shutters of side rack shall be in 1 mm laminate It will have balancing laminate on internal surfacesof side rack / drawers / side of drawer unit including bottom surface of transection top NOTES: The inbetween partitions for TRANSECTION counters & side racks shall be fixed on the partition so entire length of the counters shall be planed as shown. 3 P & F full height partitions made from internal frame work of size 2"x1" x min. 1.6 mm th. Alu. sections, fixed by means of al. angle of 1"x1"x1" size for proper fixity. The entire Alu. frame work shall be covered with 8 mm th.mdf on both the sides. All open sides of the framework shall be covered with the 12 mm th.mdf to cover the entire thickness of the partition. The upper portion rom 3 ' to 7 ' of the partitions will have 6 / 8 mm th. clear glass required as per size of glass, fixed with 2 1/2"x1/2" (F.S.) wooden molding with suggested grooves to cover the full thickness of the partition.the hinge side aluminum frame shall be in filled with wooden section. The same shall be than covered by 12 mm th. MDF panels to get the flush type partitions. All the gaps either vertical or horizontal shall be filled properly with ideal material. All the vertical members of the partitions shall be carefully inserted / fixed in the floor (without damaging the floor) & also shall be fixed to the structural ceiling for proper strength.necessary provision shall be made in the partition for ele. Conduits, switch boards,a.c. drain lines & ac s. etc.as req. (The item does not include various door shutters as it being a separate item. The common member of partition and frame of door will be considered in the item of partitions). Only below ceiling area will be considered for measurement purpose, however the partition shall be raised atleast by 3" above the false ceiling level for having fixity for the ceiling & also all vertical member shall be taken up to the slab / beam bottom. All the external plywood components shall be finished with 1 mm th. laminate in on both the sides & also in the thickness of the partition. All external wooden members shall be in melamine matt polish finish. THE PPPG FHP SHALL BE FIXED IN POSITION AS / INST. 2 LOW HEIGHT PARTITIONS 2.1 P & F LOW HEIGHT PARTITIONS WITH 12 MM TOUGHTEN GLASS - HEIGHTS (4' 6") SQ.MT P & F Low height partitions made from internal frame of size 2"x1"x min. 1.6 mm th. Alu. sections, covered with 8 mm th.mdf & 1 mm th. laminate on both sides. The upper portion above 3 level will have 12 mm th. clear glass with all open edge. polished & necessary cutouts as shown, fixed with glass brackets. The lower portion of the partition below 3-0 will have internal framework of 2"x1"x min. 1.6 mm th. Alu. Sections@ 2'-0" c / c on both the directions. All open thickness of the partitions shall be covered with 12 mm mdf in laminate finish. All the gaps either vertical or horizontal with proper material shall be filled properly. All the vertical members of the partitions shall be inserted / fixed in the floor for proper strength. Necessary provision shall be made in the partition for ele. conduits, switch boards etc. As req. All the partitions shall be fixed to the surrounding furniture / surfaces. To the shape on site measurement will be considered. The partition will have 3 nos. flap doors as per the layout.all the external plywood components (including the thickness of the partition) shall be finished with 1 mm th. Laminate on both the sides. All external wooden members shall be in melamine matt polish finish. NOTES: The intermediate partitions of SWS counters & Act. Mgr. shall be be fixed on the Counter / W.S. & side racks. THE L.H.P. + FLAP DOOR WILL HAVE HARDWARES AS / LIST. The external wooden members shall be in melamine polish finish. THE DOOR WILL HAVE ALL REQ. HARDWARES AS / LIST. THE DOOR SHALL BE INSTALLED IN POSITION AS / INST. IV PANELLING & BOXING 1 8MM TH MDF PANELLING WITH ALUMINIUM FRAME + 1MM LAMINATE FINISH WITH 3M GRAPHICAL VINYL FILM WITH LAMINATION 4.20 SQ.MT P & F wooden paneling on existing walls / R.C.C. column by putting Aluminum frame work of size 25 mm x 25 mm x min. 1.2 mm th. at suggested interval, fixed with 1"x1"x1" al. angle for proper fixity (not more than 2-0 on both directions), covered with 8mmthick MDF fixed on entire framework. The paneling should have necessary cut outs for electrical conduits / switch boards / boxes etc. The entire paneling shall be constructed in complete line & level by putting necessary packing as per the site condition. The MDF surface shall be prepared with lapi / putti / paint for getting fine surface to put graphic film over it. The item also include putting 3 M vinyl film with GRAPHICAL printing with lamination over the finished MDF as per Architect & Bank instructions Other specifications remain the same. 2 8MM TH MDF PANELLING WITH ALUMINIUM FRAME + PU PAINT FINISH SQ.MT As / item no.iv/1 but it will have high gloss pu coating on all open surfaces. Other specifications remain the same. 3 WITH OUT FRAMING ON COLUMNS IN 18 MM MDF SQ.MT P & F wooden paneling on R.C.C. column covered with 18 mm mdf The paneling should have necessary cutouts for electrical conduits / switch boards / boxes etc. TThe entire paneling shall be constructed in complete line & level by putting necessary packing as per the site condition. All external plywood components of entire paneling shall be finished with 1 mm th. laminate finish. All external wooden members shall be in melamine polish finish. NO. 09) 2.60 SQ.MT 1.1 FOR BM'S CABIN IN VENEER FINISH P & F 1-6 deep storage cabinet. The basic structure of the cabinet including shelves shall be made of 18 mm ply. It will 6 mm th. plywood puthi. For low height storage the top shall be like additional ¼ ply patta to get 1 thickness & puthi to be raised 6". The storage unit should have 19 mm th. B.B. openable shutters. It should have 18 mm th. ply vertical & horizontal fixed shelves. The top will have 1"x1" wooden beading on 1 longer side. The Total structure of low ht storage shall be in 4 mm th. veenear finish & All the wooden borders / members shall be with 2 mm th hard P.U.COATING & All vertical surfaces on all open external sides.will have 1 mm laminate. t will have balancing laminate on internal surfacesof side rack / drawers / side of drawer unit including bottom surface.members in vertical surface shall be in malamine matt finish. The basic structure of the cabinet including dividers & shelves shall be made of 18 mm Bison panel sheet. It would not have any puthi but shall have req. additional supports to fix the same to the wall. It will have openable shutters as required & shall be made with 2"x1"x min. 1.8 mm th. Alu. Section framework covered with 6 mm bison panel sheet on all sides with 16. Gu. powder coated perforated S.S sheet as infill material. The entire unit shall be in 1 mm laminate finish on external vertical sides and in balancing laminate finish on internal surface. The wooden borders shall be in melamine matt polish finish. THE ELE. 6 VI MIS. FURNISHING ITEMS 1 PINUP BOARD 3.00 SQ.MT P & F pinup boards. It consist 12 mm th. soft boards of good density to be mounted over 12 mm ply. & covered with 3/4 x ¼ beading before putting the fabric. The soft board will be covered with a plain (Basic rate Rs. 240 /- per mtr.) from front and edges. Molding of size: 3/4 x1/4 will be fixed on all four sides & will be finished in melamine polish. (Only soft boards provided other than the partitions will be measured and soft board made in the partitions will be the part of the partition)fabric 2 P & F VOUCHER BOARD - SIZE: 4-6 X 1-3 X NOS The entire structure shall be made out of 18 mm ply including the puthi. The unit will have divisions made out of 12 mm clear glass, just below the top for storing the slip books & 18 mm ply divisions above top for display folders. The top also shall be made out 12 mm th. clear glass bonded to the glass dividers by means of UV clear glue. The voucher board will have storage cabinet at the bottom side as shown in drawing It shall be with 1 mm th. Laminate on all sides including the insides. It shall have 6 mm dia. S.S. bars for holding the papers as shown. VOUCHER BOARD WILL HAVE HARDWARES AS / LIST. THE VOUCHER BOARD SHALL BE FIXED AS / INST. I TOTAL OF ABOVE II BUY BACK OFFER Removing & Taking away the existing Furniture & fixtures & other material, which are not required as per the proposed renovation. This shall be done at the appropriate time as suggested by the Architect / Bank & shall be documented & submited to the branch head / architect before taking away the same.
