2 FMP Amendment Number N/A Forest Management Activity: Date of Proposal: October 27, 2014 Date Proposal to take effect: Clergue Forest Management Inc. / OMNR Proposal to Revise AWS When Approved by OMNR Nature & Purpose of Amendment / Revision: This revision consists of three parts; AWS Revision Number 008 Harvest Renewal & Maintenance Access X Other X Updating structure information for crossing in MOU AWS submission stated that crossing would be a temporary steel bridge and that structure information would be submitted at a later date. It is proposed that a 12.2m (40 ), Non RSI temporary steel bridge from the approved Bridge Listing be installed on standard design 2a sill logs at the approved crossing location. In this location the stream banks are stable, consisting of rock and bedrock. The bridge will be removed upon completion of forest management activities. Bridge will also be installed during frozen ground conditions. A site inspection was completed by Mike Thompson on October 23, Pertinent documentation on the bridge structure and installation requirements is attached below. Extending AOC sausage through Fc and LUP AOCs. Due to limiting topography in the area, road accessing MOU 611 from the North will follow Fc AOC for approximately 300 additional meters and possibly cross into modified portion of LUP AOC. Road location will be kept as far away from LUP as possible. Updated AOC sausage shown on attached reference map. Updating LUP location. Current NRVIS values information does not accurately reflect the camp location. Correct camp location is NAD 83, UTM Correct location is shown on that attached reference map. MNRF will need to update NRVIS to reflect correct camp location.
