It is produced from sustainably sourced, fast growing softwood using a modification process, improving the wood from the surface to the core. 3 ABOUT TRICOYA EXDF MEDITE TRICOYA EXTREME Tricoya EXDF is a high performance, wood based panel product. It demonstrates outstanding durability and dimensional stability in the most extreme and challenging environments both exterior as well as interior, wet and high moisture applications. The product uses proprietary acetylated wood technology and a modified fibreboard manufacturing process to create a wood panel product with outstanding durability and stability.

4 DARK COATINGS Generally problems occur with dark coatings on wood, due to shrink and swell being exasperated by the solar gain, especially in high UV-regions across the globe. Accoya and Tricoya s superior dimensional stability negates this problem and maintenance intervals are dramatically extended. Dark or black coated Accoya and Tricoya have been a popular choice with architects worldwide with several coating brands.
