Annual Action Plan for Cottage ndustries & Rural Services was prepared and submitted vide file no. CRS/AAP-Mission Mangalam to Accounts and Finance Department, GLPC. The same has been compiled by Accounts and Finance Depal-tment and was approved by Hon. Commissioner and Secretary, Rural Development Department on file no: AAP - Mission As per ref., file no. MM/GLPC/CRS/AAP/NFSL/ was prepared and proposed for Development of Rural Non-Farm sector livelihoods. t was envisaged that these livelihood opportunities can be created through the development of small/village level Micro- Enterprises (MEs). The objective is to facilitate the promotion of Non-Farm Sector livelihoods at the village level through the development of these Micro-Enterprises. Thus, "Mangalam Micro-Enterprise Development Program" (MMEDP) was envisaged for facilitation of promotion of Non-Farm Sector livelihoods at the village level. This program will be implemented in 65 intensive blocks (except NRLM and NRLP) under Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Limited. Under this program each intensive block will be required to implement different livelihood projects in Non-Farm sector. Detailed guidelines have been prepared for the implementation of this program. Minimum mandatory District wise Provision for SC, ST and Minority community beneficiaries needs to be done in terms of Financial allocation and Physical coverage as per Annexure -.

4 As per ref., approval for this program was given by Hon. Managing Director, GLPC on the file no. MM/GLPC/CRS/AAP/NFSL/ - noting pg. no. /N. The foresaid estimate was approved, as per ref. and the total estimated cost is: Taluka Project Allocation 65 Rs Rs Rs.,86,00,000 Each intensive block has to identify different BPL SHGs who will carry out different activities in Non-Farm sector. n total 60 projects in 65 intensive blocks with a financial allocation of Rs., 0,000 /- (Rupees Four Lac Forty thousand only) per block.
