Those who access and/or use the Website are considered as Students, and they accept from this moment, wholly and unreservedly, the present General Conditions, as well as the specific conditions which, where applicable, complement, modify or substitute the general conditions with regard to certain Services and Contents of the Website. The Student can access, print, download and save the General Conditions at any time. Users can access these Conditions by following the appropriate link from the Website. 2. Use of the Website, its Services and its Contents Through the website the Student will be able to access an online learning platform, where they can participate in online discussions and conferences, make presentations or give classes or seminars to the other students, access multimedia contents and participate in shared directories. Online training contents Through the Website, CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. provides Students with the possibility of accessing online training contents, such as conferences, seminars and shared directories (hereinafter TRAINING CONTENTS) in order to satisfy their training requirements. The user will be able to obtain information regarding the TRAINING CONTENTS through the Website. This includes information relating to dates, lecturers, programs, duration, price and applicable taxes, how to enroll and reserve a place etc. The Student understands and accepts that the enrollment application for THE TRAINING CONTENTS is not binding, meaning CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. and/or SOCIEDAD ESPAÑOLA DE ENDOSCOPIA DIGESTIVA can accept or reject the application at their complete discretion. CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. and/ or SOCIEDAD ESPAÑOLA DE ENDOSCOPIA DIGESTIVA will provide or facilitate access to THE TRAINING CONTENTS requested within a reasonable time frame following the receipt of correct payment for the TRAINING CONTENT by CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. (Execution Period). The cost of THE TRAINING CONTENTS as well as any applicable taxes will be paid in cash by the Student at the time of completing and sending the Enrollment Form, and always before beginning to use the service, unless a different payment method is stipulated in the conditions governing the payment of the cost of THE TRAINING CONTENTS, such as through bank transfer or credit card payable to the bank account indicated in the information of each FORMATIVE CONTENT. In addition, CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. are entitled to terminate the contract and cancel the Masters course if the number of Students enrolled is fewer than the minimum number required. The Student will not have the right to claim any form of compensation or damages for the cancelation. In such case CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. will proceed to refund the Student the cost of the Masters, provided it has been paid. The Student may withdraw from the Contract, notifying CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. within 7 working days of sending the Enrollment Form. The student is not required to justify their decision and their withdrawal is not subject to any fee; they will only have to pay the costs incurred, if any. If the Student cancels the contract after 7 working days, CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. may retain the amount paid as compensation for any damages resulting from said cancelation. 5. Modifications CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. may occasionally update and/or modify the present General Conditions at its discretion, in order to adhere to current or future legislation. 3

4 The Student accepts that the modifications or changes made will be obligatory. The Student understands that the continued use of the Service following the date of entry into force of the General Conditions constitutes the Student's agreement with said modifications. CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration, Services and location of the Website, as well as the Contents and conditions required for their use. The Student undertakes to always review the most recent version of the General Conditions available at the Web page 6. Exclusion of Warranty and Liability for the Contents added by Students and/or lecturers. Students and/or lecturers who add content which violates any national or international law in force will be liable for the damages resulting from such a violation. CENTRO DE IMAGEN Y TECNOLOGÍA DEL CONOCIMIENTO BIOMÉDICO, S.L. will be exempt from any liability.
