20 Future 2022(25) Study curricula's: 1) less in Estonian 2) more in English (>3), at least 1 module per institute in semester 3) all levels remains Students and studies: 1) less Estonian, more International. Target 12% (fulfilled already) 2) students satisfaction >4 3) decreasing number of contact hours (traditional lectures) 4) drop out after first year decreases >10% 5) >350 students starts on master level
