2 Introduction The Lkes LRMP Implementtion Pln (Jnury 2001) nd this Implementtion Monitoring Report follow the direction for LRMP monitoring outlined in the Lnd Use Coordintion Office document Strtegic Lnd Use Pln Monitoring Procedures (My 2000). It is importnt to note tht provincil procedures require LRMP tsks to be ctegorized s bse or incrementl. All incrementl tsks re listed in the Lkes LRMP Implementtion Pln nd progress towrds their completion is summrized in this report. For more informtion on bse tsks, plese contct the gency representtive listed t the end of this report. Effectiveness monitoring criteri nd indictors re not yet developed for the Lkes LRMP. This tsk is underwy through n intergency working group, nd will continue under the direction of the Inter-gency Mngement Committee. According to the LRMP Implementtion Pln, 126 tsks in 23 project res re scheduled to be initited by gencies shortly fter the pprovl of the LRMP. Their overll sttus is summrized below.
