For updates of this list, please contact the Washington Soil & Water Conservation District / Floodplain Coordinator District Program Administrator Address: ST RT 676 Ste. Permitting under the following conditions: Permits not needed: Stream dredging, keep equipment on the bank and pile debris out of the flood plain. Stream bank stabilization, place suitable material such as rock or broken concrete at the maximum rate of 1 cu yd per running foot not to exceed 500 linear ft. Log jam removal, keep equipment out of the stream & debris is stockpiled out of the floodplain. Permits are needed: If equipment will be in the stream. If stabilizing more than 1 cu yd per running foot or exceed 500 linear feet. 7
