1 European Development Research in Horizont 2020/10-12 July 2013/Suceava PRACTICAL INFORMATION Venue All the activities, starting with the registration, the opening ceremony or the panel session, will be held in the E Building of Stefan cel Mare University Auditorium Room. Registration Our colleagues will be pleased to register your works; the registration will take place Thursday morning July 11 th, at the registration desk, situated in the Hall of The E Building Auditorium, between 09:00 and 10:00. You will receive maps that will include: the final programme, the lists with the hours of the paper presentation and other materials useful for a good conference unfolding. Paper presentation The chairpersons will indicate the time for each participant, which established anyhow from the beginning. Each paper presentation has to not take longer than 15 to 20 minutes, and it will be an oral presentation. We recommend as well preparing a power point presentation that can make your work easier. The presentations will be uploaded on computers before the start of the session, and the technical support will be provided by our staff.

Dinner In the end of the day we will continue our fruitful conversations in a beautiful company, with a good meal, at same restaurant Lunch The lunch will take place in the salon of the Imperium Hotel Sightseeing We are pleased that we can explore together the University of Cernăuți, Ukraine in the afternoon of July, 12 th. Three busses will be available to transport our guests from to Cernăuți. Dinner - The dinner will take place in the same place, in a nice ambiance at the Imperium Hotel.
