5 Nature protection problems in Serbia Financing of nature protection projects Depriving and limitation of proprietary right in protected areas and reimbursement Limitations imposed to local population in protected areas, in traditional way of lifecattle breeding, cattle grazing... Insufficient cooperation with neighboring countries inspections in prevention of protected species illegal turnover Illegal construction in protected areas

10 Conclusion Nature have no borders and nature protection problems are the same in EU and non EU countries Experiences in problems overcoming in EU countries are precious to Serbia ; especially as an opportunity to evade some mistakes Transboundary cooperation of nature protection inspection of all European countries is necessary, no matter if country is a member of EU or not
