2 Grassland Subsoiler Grassland maintenance It is more and more important to work efficiently with your grassland, because a high yield with a good quality is essential for profitable farming. The Evers Grassland Subsoiler is specially designed to bring your grassland to the desired condition and to keep it optimal. Our Grassland Subsoiler breaks interfering layers in the subsoil and compaction in the upper layer, without disturbing the turf. The subsoil gets a better water storage and the grass has a better growth again. Before Improved quality of grass Many livestock farms have to deal with declining quality of their grassland. Even when grassland is renewed frequently, the productivity and quality of the grass decreases. This is partly due to intensive use, the frequent traffic of heavy machinery but also by heavy rainfall. The Evers Grassland Subsoiler carefully opens up the subsoil of your grassland without damaging the turf. The aeration and drainage of the soil improves and you can work and / or graze your grassland earlier in the season. The Grassland Subsoiler also ensures that your grassland can be renewed later or maybe not at all, which provides you a direct cost saving and prevents loss of yield. Unique Evers technology The special design of the MT-tine ensures that no soil is taken up. The cutting disc cuts the turf open and the straight tine works in the soil without damaging the surface. The subsoil is opened up, for making it absorbing enough water and having a better drainage again. With sufficient oxygen in the soil the grass roots better and extract more nutrients. With the Evers Grassland Subsoiler you get a better quality and a higher yield of your grassland. To get an even surface after working with the Grassland Subsoiler, Evers standard supplies spring-loaded press rollers that close the slots and level the surface. It also allows you to easily adjust the desired working depth of up to 0cm. Strong and reliable Tines of the Evers Grassland Subsoiler are standard with a shear-bolt protection. For working under heavy conditions in for example very stony soil, the subsoiler is also available with hydraulic stone protection. With the adjustable pressure in combination with the heavy cylinders, the hydraulic stone protection functions year after year without loss of strength. The subsoiler is available with tines with the outer tines on a width of.80m, which represents the most common track width of the current tractors. Besides this, the subsoiler is also available with tines for a more intensive job. 3 strong features The spring-loaded cutting disc is for each tine adjustable in height with a spindle. The cutting of the turf prevents damage when subsoiling. After Standard with shear-bolt protection for each tine, optionally also available with hydraulic auto-reset. MT-tine is completely made out of Hardox material and provided with a removable and reversible cutting edge which also prevents mixing of the soil layers. The replaceable chisels are optional cm or 0cm. Individual springloaded, heavy steel press rollers, to close the soil again and to level the surface. This unique system ensures optimum power transmission to prevent wheel slip. In the -tine version the tines are in V-form and in the -tine version in W-formation. This ensures smooth work on heavy soil and a good clearance even in dry conditions.. Easy to adjust the working depth through pin / hole system for each individual roller. The -way adjustable spring load ensures maximum pressure on the roller for the best settling of the turf.

4 Grassland Aerator Grassland Aerator The Evers Grassland Aerator improves aeration and permeability of grassland. This directly improves the water storage capacity of your grassland. The top layer drains water faster and there is sufficient oxygen in the root area. This last thing is essential for good grass growth with a higher quality. The powerful Evers Grassland Aerator effortlessly solves problems such as compaction or sealing in the top sward, for instance due to intensive grazing, heavy rainfall or damage by geese. The efficient machine has blades per metre, with a maximum working depth of 8 mm. The hardened blades are specially designed to ensure that they won't cause any damage when moving in and out of the grass. The blades have sharp cutting edges at the front as well as at the back so they leave the sward intact. Even when the shaft with the blades is set at an angle to intensify the blade action, the sward remains undamaged. The skids under the heavy bearings of the Evers Grassland Aerator not only protect the bearings, but also limit the maximum working depth and leave the grass undamaged. For additional penetration in hard, dry soil the Grassland Aerator can be loaded with weights, so that even under heavy conditions an excellent result will be achieved. 6 Grass Profi Versatile machine for four operations The Evers Grass Profi is a versatile machine that combines four different operations for grassland maintenance. The elements of the Evers Grass Profi can also be used independently. The GP-00 is a mounted machine and the GP-0 is a trailed version. GPG 0 Grassland maintenance The Evers Grass Profi is your pro at grassland maintenance and care. High-quality grassland is the basis for modern dairy farming and an important factor for the results. Grass seed suppliers recommend an annual maintenance of 8 to 0 kg of grass seed. In (early) spring the machine is used for repair and spring care. Damage in grassland, caused for instance by wintry conditions or wildlife, are corrected by the Evers Grass Profi. The maintenance application is best given in the period from mid July to mid September. Then new grass has less competition, usually the humidity is higher, the land is used less intensively and the grass has more opportunities to develop, so in the next spring production will be at its maximum. GP 0 Levelling board The front of the machine has a levelling board for levelling out roughness on the field. The levelling board is suspended on heavy duty springs and its height is adjustable with spindles. Harrow tines The Evers Grass Profi is a solid machine with harrow tines that pull out dead grasses, annual meadow grass and weeds, but leave the good, strong grass intact! The stiff, mm thick tines also produce loose soil in which then the grass seed is deposited. The tine angle is adjustable, so the intensity and power of the harrow tine operation can be varied. The harrow sections with their pendulum suspension closely follow the ground and can accurately be adjusted with two support wheels per section. Seed drill The GP-00 features a mounted seed drill with outlets divided over metres. This results in accurate grass seed distribution over the full working width. The seed drill is driven from the roller. The GP-0 uses a powerful fan to distribute the grass seed, accurately spreaded over the full working width. The machine comes as standard with a sowing computer for exact adjustment and highly accurate amounts. Pressure rollers The roller has several functions. First the grass seed is fastened in the soil so it can germinate easily and has a firm ground after germination. Secondly, the roller improves the resprouting of the existing grass. Of course the roller also has the additional effect that it rolls down the soil and, partly, levels it. The rollers have serrated rings so the soil keeps its good structure. The top layer remains open to preserve the water drainage capacity, prevent compaction and yet produce a solid seedbed. High-quality grassland
