16 THE TUNISIAN SOLAR PLAN The Tunisian Solar Plan is in line with similar international projects, in particular the Mediterranean Solar Plan. It confirms the Tunisia s ambition to become an international hub in the field of industrial and energy production and exportation in the Solar Energy. 16

17 THE TUNISIAN SOLAR PLAN The Tunisian Solar Plan comprises a portfolio of forty (40) complementary projects, covering : Solar Energy, Wind Energy, Energy Efficiency, Electrical Interconnection between Tunisia and Italy, Manufacturing of Photovoltaic Panels. An implementation-oriented approach over the period Investments of up to 2000M, of which 1390M by the private sector. 17
