Instlltion: * Be sure vlve mrking (e.g. type, nominl size, nominl pressure, mteril etc.) is in ccording with the requirement of pipe system efore instlltion. * Check seling fce nd screwed fce efore instlltion; Clen the vlves with cloth in cse of ny dust. * Before instlltion, mke sure the pcking is tight nd the stem works well. * Vlve should e instlled in verticl or horizon pipeline nd vlve is esily to e checked nd mintined. * Vlve should e instlled in the nturl condition in order to prevent the instlltion stress due to pipeline support. * After instlltion the vlves should e fully open the pipeline gives the pressure test. * If the pipeline hs enough strength to support the vlves, the support of the vlves will e not necessry; otherwise, the support is needed.
