6 Timber Framed GLASSWALL g800 The wood frame gives a natural and distinguished look, imroves sound control and rovides a certain level of rivacy. 7 characteristics Smooth Oeration The Corflex erformance-roven track and carrier system rovides smooth, quiet oeration and enables the anels to move easily and quietly through intersections and around corners. The anels may be stored at the end of the track or in a remote location. Oerating Ease Each single anel has two counterrotating, steel ball bearing Delrintired carriers. This atended design rovides years of oerating ease.(figure 1) (Figure 1) Ease of Adjustment The hanger rods allow to easily adjust the height according to building or header deflection. This ease of adjustment allows the track to be leveled and ensures the roer oeration of the Glasswall.(Figure 2) Refined Aesthetics The Corflex anodized track system has a builtin ceiling trim that eliminates the need for (Figure 2) additional track trim arts. Ceiling tiles can therefore lean on this trim and hide the ceiling s edge.(figure 2) No Floor Track The Corflex Glasswall anels are fully suorted by the overhead track. This eliminates the need for unsightly floor track which can collect debris and ose a safety hazard. The floor surface is uniform excet for small holes for floor bolts, and locks as required. Glass Securely Attached The glass is secured to the uer horizontal rail with rods through holes in the glass. This method revents the glass from sliing or droing from the overhead suort.(figure 3) (Figure 3 - G 600 & G 600M models) Stacking Individual anel stacking can be anywhere you want, whether it be far away from the main track or in a ocket. Paired anel stacking is done at either end of the main track. Alignment and stability Each anel is sulied with concealed foot bolts and interlocking mechanism that ensure alignment and stability and allow the anels to create a real wall.
