2 PRE-BID MEETING The Pre-Bid meetings will be held as per the specified period. The parties who are interested in submitting a bid will be able to attend the meetings with proper authority. In the meetings queries from the parties will be answered and may be communicated in writing if it is necessary. RIGHTS OF FPSB INDIA AS THE TENDERING AUTHORITY FPSB India does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other Tender and reserves the rights to accept any one Tender or reject all Tenders. All decisions taken by FPSB India regarding the processing of this tender and award of contract shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. FPSB India reserves the right:- -To vary, modify, revise, amend or change any of the terms and conditions in this tender. -To reject any or all the tender/s without assigning any reason whatsoever thereof or to annul the tendering process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder(s) or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder(s) of the grounds for such decision. In case of any dispute, ambiguity in the interpretation of any of the clauses in Tender Document or the Contract Document, FPSB India s interpretation of the clauses shall be final and binding on all parties. CONDITIONAL TENDERS Hypothetical, ambiguous or Conditional tenders shall be summarily rejected. AWARD OF WORK The work will be awarded to the successful Bidder after complete verification. The successful Bidder has to sign an agreement with FPSB India based on the tender terms and conditions. SCOPE OF THE WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS The Courseware would be developed for each of the six modules, ensuring adequate and qualitative coverage of the exam syllabus which has been outlined on FPSB India s website The Form for providing Technical and Pricing details has been included at the end of this document.
