Our Maguin design offices located in Champs-Sur- Marne (77) and Charmes (02) are equipped with the best software. Our teams of engineers are specialized in the process, installation, mechanical calculations, drawings as well as project follow-up, realization, start-up and adjustments of installations. The Maguin workshops in Charmes, France and Chelmza, Poland are spacious, equipped with machinery which produces consistent high quality products, and are flexible. The Maguin production facilities allow us to perform all the manufacturing operations required to build our equipment including cutting, assembling, welding, machining, sand-blasting, painting... Maguin also has a test section which allows us to fully validate standard equipment in our workshops (drum beet slicers,...). Maguin is equipped with a new 5-axis machining centre which allows us to machine 1m 3 workpieces (1m on 3 axes) with accuracy to 1 micron. The Maguin Logistic Department, in conjunction with a network of approved suppliers, is able to respond to any specific shipment requirements. The Maguin Quality Assurance system governs all our work procedures from bid point to commissioning, ensuring that at every stage the project conforms to the required standards and the final works are of the required quality. Maguin has MASE certification and our teams operate according to our SHE management system, the policy of which is agreed by all group management.
