Please register under office@iceur-vienna.at The joint EU-Russian modernization program (PfM) which has been signed on 1 June, 2010 has grinded to a halt. The fall session of the Vienna Process will discuss the reasons for this loss of momentum and explore the possibilities to push the reset button. The regional focus of this meeting will be the North Caucasus.
