ORGANIZING COMPANY The organization of the draw (Hereinafter "Draw") is promoted by the GRAN CANARIA MARATÓN UTE, registered at Diego Vega Sarmiento, 9, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), with CIF: U (Hereinafter "GRAN CANARIA MARATÓN UTE"). 2. DRAW REGULATIONS The specific characteristics of the Draw are as follows: 2.1. There is no cost whatsoever 3. ACCEPTANCE OF LEGAL TERMS Participation in the draw entails the full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the participants. 4. PERMANENT CONDITIONS IN ALL PROMOTIONS, DRAWS AND COMPETITIONS OF THE GRAN CANARIA MARATHON UTE AND APPLICABLE TO THE PRESENT LEGAL TERMS The GRAN CANARIA MARATÓN UTE reserves the right to eliminate justifiably any participant in its Draws, Promotions or Competitions that defraud, alter or render useless the normal operation and normal and regular course of this Draw. The Prize can not be ceded to persons other than the winners. The Draws, Promotions and Competitions are governed by the legislation in force in Spain and by the present Legal Terms. The use of the Prize is at the winner s own discretion, exempting the GRAN CANARIA MARATÓN UTE or the other possible companies participating in the Promotion, Draw or Contest from any liability of that use. However, the GRAN CANARIA MARATÓN UTE reserves the right to examine any possible actions to protect its good image and reputation. The GRAN CANARIA MARATÓN UTE reserves the right to ammend and / or add attachments to its Mechanics and prizes, provided they are justified or do not harm the participants and that they are communicated to them in a timely manner.
