Tender Notice No. WSD/Stores/WAT/Tender/ /Hiring of Vehicle/01, Dt: For and on behalf of President of India, Sr.DMM/WAT, East Coast Railway, invites sealed Tenders in prescribed tender forms for the following work. Bolero camper or equivalent. 6,42,240/- 12,845/- 2,000/- NOTE: The intending tenderer before submission of tender is advised in his own interest to study the tender papers carefully without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing and the tenderer shall inspect the shed and surrounding of the works specified in the tender documents and shall satisfy himself by careful examination before submission of the tender. The prescribed non-transferable Tender forms can be obtained on any working day from the office of the Asst. Material Manager, Wagon cum General Stores Depot, Near DLS Colony, Kancharapalem, E.Co.Railway, Visakhapatnam on remittance of Rs.2, 000/- towards cost of Tender form (non refundable) in the form of money receipt issued by Divisional Cashier / East Coast Railway / Waltair in support of depositing requisite money with him allocated to Apart from the above, i) Those desirous of obtaining the same Tender form by Regd. Post, additional Postal Rs.500/- per Tender Form will be charged over & above the cost of the Tender document. The Tender documents may also be available in the website at or upto and can be downloaded and used as Tender documents for submitting offers. Separate Demand Draft/Railway cash receipt from Divisional Cashier towards the cost of tender documents as mentioned at Col. No. 6 shall have to be enclosed in addition to earnest money along with their offer, else their offer will not be considered. Railway Administration shall not be responsible for any delay / difficulties / inaccessibility of the down loading facility for any reason whatsoever. Tender will also be accepted by Post. However, Railway shall not be responsible for any postal delay. 4. EMD: EMD as per Col. No.5 above may be deposited in cash in E.Co.Railway cash office or in any of the following forms: Bank Deposit Receipts, Bank Pay Orders, and Bank Demand Drafts. These instruments could be either of the State Bank of India or of any of the nationalized banks/scheduled banks approved by the Reserve Bank of India for this purpose. The EMD shall be drawn in favour of FA & CAO/ East Coast Railway/ Bhubaneswar payable at Visakhapatnam.

2 5. (a) The tender forms will be available from Dt at Asst. Material Manager, Wagon cum General Stores Depot, Near DLS Colony, Kancharapalem, E.Co.Railway, Visakhapatnam (b) Last date and time of issue of tender form: up to hrs Dt at Asst. Material Manager, Wagon cum General Stores Depot, Near DLS Colony, Kancharapalem, E.Co.Railway, Visakhapatnam Tenderer (s) shall drop their tenders in a sealed cover duly super scribing Tender Notice No. and name of the work in the tender box provided in the office of Asst. Material Manager, Wagon cum General Stores Depot, Near DLS Colony, Kancharapalem, E.Co.Railway, Visakhapatnam before closing of the tender box. 7. Last date and time of closing of tenders: up to hrs dt at Asst. Material Manager, Wagon cum General Stores Depot, Near DLS Colony, Kancharapalem, E.Co.Railway, Visakhapatnam Date and time of opening of Tenders: at hrs dt at Asst. Material Manager, Wagon cum General Stores Depot, Near DLS Colony, Kancharapalem, E.Co.Railway, Visakhapatnam If the date of opening happens to be a BANDH or Holiday, the tender will be opened at the same time on the following working day while the closing will be as per schedule. 10. In case of any discrepancy between the tender documents downloaded from internet and the master copy available in the office of Asst. Material Manager, Wagon cum General Stores Depot, Near DLS Colony, Kancharapalem, E.Co.Railway, Visakhapatnam , the latter shall prevail and will be binding on the Tenderers. The tenderers are required to see the website for any corrigendum s issued subsequent to publishing of the tender notices in the website. 11. The successful tenderer is required to give a performance guarantee in the form of irrevocable Bank Guarantee/Fixed deposit receipts/pay orders/ demand drafts/ guarantee bonds obtained from any of the nationalized Banks amounting to 5 % of the contract value within 30 days from the date of issue of accepting letter and the same should be valid up to the completion of the work. 12.The tenderer should submit the following documents along with tender a) List of personnel, organization available on hand and proposed to be engaged for to the subject work. b) List of Plant and Machinery available on hand (own) and proposed to be inducted (own & hired to be given separately) for the subject work. c)list of works completed in the last three financial years giving description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date of scheduled completion of work. Date of actual start, actual completion and final value of contract should also be given. d) List of works on hand indicating description of work, contract value, and approximate value of balance work yet to be done and date of award. NOTE: 1) In case of items (c & d) above, supportive documents/certificates from the organizations with whom they worked /or working should be enclosed. Initial administrative approval of ADRM/WAT has been obtained at NS-03 Detailed justification at NS-02, 04 & 06. Sr. DFM/WAT has concurred the proposal at F/22. Detailed Estimate has been sanctioned by Sr. DMM/WAT and vetted by finance at F/27. Sanction of ADRM/WAT has been obtained at NS-10.
