Commission 2: Addressing the participation of women in leadership and decision making positions The contribution of this commission could go a long way in assisting to identify elements that require the business unusual approach to make women s participation real and meaningful. Commission 3: Gender Mainstreaming in LG The contribution of this commission to identify and formulate proposals to realise gender mainstreaming and gender responsive budgeting in municipalities Commission 4: Strengthening Women and Gender Structures in LG
