1 From 23/07/2018 to 12/08/2018 Walking on Water Competition Rules Article 1: Organiser Air France, (hereinafter referred to as the Organising Company ), a French Société Anonyme registered on the Registre du commerce et des Sociétés de Bobigny under number , with capital of 126,748,775 Euros, whose headquarters are located at 45, rue de Paris Roissy Charles De Gaulle cedex, France, is organising on the website with its partner Sport Heroes Group, from 23 July 2018 at 9am (French time) to 12 August pm, (French time) a free competition with no obligation to purchase entitled Walking on Water (hereinafter referred to as the Competition ), according to the terms described in these Rules. Article 2: Participation conditions This free Competition is open to any person aged 18 or over who has Internet access and an Air France Running account, with the exception of persons resident in Italy and in Brazil and the staff of the Organising Company and their families, and any person who has contributed to the creation of the Competition. Only one entry per participant will be accepted (same last name, same first name, same date of birth, same address and same postal address). The winners will have to provide proof of age before they receive their prize. Participation in the Competition implies unconditional acceptance without reservations of the Rules, and of all the provisions within them, and of the code of ethics in force on the Internet (etiquette, Code of Conduct, etc.), as well as of the laws and regulations in force in France. The Organising Company reserves the right to automatically cancel participation in the Competition if these conditions are not respected. Participation is on a strictly individual basis and a participant may in no case play under several pseudonyms or on behalf of other participants. The Organising Company reserves the right to request any participant to provide proof of these conditions. Anyone who does not fulfil these conditions or who refuses to provide proof will be excluded from the competition and will not be able to claim his/her prize in the event of winning. The Competition takes place exclusively on the platform, on the specified dates. To take part in the Competition, the participant must: - Click on the button Take part in the Challenge ; - Have an Air France Running account, and have linked it to their running app; - Run three (3) times fourteen (14) km during the period of the Competition; When the participant has finished their challenge, this will be indicated on their Air France Running account. Article 3: Means for promoting the Competition

2 This Competition will be promoted on the Air France Running platform as well as by to the address given when the Air France Running account is created on 23 July 2018 at 9am (French time). It may also be promoted on other advertising media such as advertising banners on partner sites or on social networks. The competition may be accessed at the following address: or Article 4: Terms for announcing the winner and awarding the prize The winners will be the participants who have completed the challenge described above in Article 2 of these Rules. There will be 13 winners from among the participants validated by a jury from Sport Heroes Group. Winners will be drawn between 13 August 2018 and 20 August 2018 in an electronic draw using the database of the Competition by Sport Heroes Group. The draw is made differently according to the prize concerned: (i) The winners of the first and second prizes are drawn from the participants in the Competition (apart from the Italian and Brazilian market) who can travel to Venice (prize 1) or to Geneva (prize 2) on one or several flights operated by Air France and / or Joon. (ii) The winners of the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth prizes are drawn from all the participants in the Competition whose main residence is located in one of the countries of the European Union (except for participants whose main residence is located in Italy, Saint Martin, Saint-Barthelemy, Andorra, the Channel Islands, Italy or the Canary Islands). (iii) The winners of the ninth, tenth and eleventh prizes are drawn from the participants in the Competition whose main residence is in Switzerland. (iv) The winners of the twelfth and thirteenth prizes are drawn from the participants in the Competition who are members of the Flying Blue programme and who can travel to Venice (prize 12) or to Geneva (prize 13) on one or several flights operated by Air France and /or Joon (apart from the Italian and Brazilian market). The winners will be individually notified in an sent by Sport Heroes two working days at most after the date of the draw. If the winner does not come forward within fifteen (15) days from the date the results are announced by or on social media, they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize and no new winner will be selected for this prize. The name of the winner will not be communicated by telephone or in writing. Article 5: Prizes awarded 13 different prizes will be awarded. Each prize is allocated according to the order of the winners draw and according to the conditions stated in Article 4.

3 Two winners will be randomly drawn from the selection of participants covered by Article 4 (i): The first winner drawn will win Prize 1: - One (1) return flight to Venice (transfer from their home to the airport not included) - One race number for the Venice Marathon (Huawei Venice Marathon) which will take place on 28 October 2018 with a unit value of 85 euros (incl. tax). The second winner drawn will win Prize 2: - One (1) return flight to Geneva with a transfer to Lausanne by train (transfer from their home to the airport not included) Six winners will be randomly drawn from the selection of participants covered by Article 4 (ii): The first winner drawn will win Prize 3: - An Air France shopping accessory with a value of 19. The second winner drawn will win Prize 4: - An Air France shopping accessory with a value of 19. The third winner drawn will win Prize 5: - An Air France shopping accessory with a value of 16. The fourth winner drawn will win Prize 6: - An Air France shopping accessory with a value of 12. The fifth winner drawn will win Prize 7: - An Air France shopping accessory with a value of 12. The sixth winner drawn will win Prize 8: - An Air France shopping accessory with a value of 12. Three winners are randomly drawn from the selection of participants covered by Article 4 (iii): The first winner drawn will win Prize 9: The second winner drawn will win Prize 10:

4 The third winner drawn will win Prize 11: Two winners will be randomly drawn from the selection of participants covered by Article 4 (iv): The first winner drawn will win Prize 12: - One (1) return flight to Venice (transfer from their home to the airport not included) - One race number for the Venice Marathon (Huawei Venice Marathon) which will take place on 28 October 2018 with a unit value of 85 euros (incl. tax). The second winner drawn will win Prize 13: - One (1) return flight to Geneva with a transfer to Lausanne by train (transfer from their home to the airport not included) The nature and the value of the prizes (corresponding to the retail price and subject to change) are determined at the time the Rules are drawn up. These prizes may not be exchanged for their cash value or substituted, exchanged or taken back for any reason whatsoever. No document or photograph referring to the prizes bears any contractual value. The following conditions apply in particular to the prize of the air ticket: The ticket is for flights operated by Air France, JOON, as far as there are places available and is in Economy class (Air France s economy fare class). If the winner s airport of departure is not served by the aforementioned airlines, the Organising Company will propose another airport as near as possible to the original one. If the winner refuses it, the Organising Company reserves the right not to award the prize to the winner. The Organising Company makes the reservation for the winner for a period including the date of the race of the challenge (28 October 2018). The travel dates will be between 21 October 2018 and 4 November 2018 (latest possible return date). The winner will decide their dates of travel within this period. If there are no more seats available on the dates requested, then the winner must choose other dates within the period set or a different airport of departure. The Organising Company is not responsible for accommodation or any expenses incurred. Tickets will only be issued in electronic form. The tickets will only be issued in electronic format. The travel documents may only be used by the winner. The ticket will be non-transferable and may not be exchanged or modified after reservation. It will not give rise to any compensation of any form whatsoever (cash reimbursement of the unit value of the tickets and/or of the trip) or any awarding of Flying Blue miles.

5 Tickets do not include cancellation and repatriation insurance or any other cost not specified in the description above. All expenses not expressly mentioned as being included in the prize remain the responsibility of the winner; these are principally but not exclusively: - transport of the winner from his/her place of residence to the airport and from the airport to his/her place of residence; - vehicle parking at the airport, insurance and visas Registering for these tickets commits passengers to compliance with Air France s Terms and Conditions. The ticket may only be booked during the reservation period indicated in the Rules and may only be used during the travel period indicated in the Rules. If the reservation is not made during the reservation period, the winner will lose his/her prize. Article 6: Verification of the identity of participants Participants agree to any verification of their identity and place of residence. These checks will be performed with strict respect for the legal provisions concerning respect for privacy. Any indication of an identity or address which is falsified, fraudulent, false, untrue, incorrect or inaccurate may lead to participation being cancelled. Article 7: Responsibility Air France cannot be held liable for any malfunctioning in the correct operation of the Competition or in the case of a malfunction of the Internet network or the Running app which prevents access to the Competition or its correct functioning. While the Organising Company makes every effort to give users information and/or tools that are available and have been checked, it cannot be held liable for errors (in particular in posts on the Competition sites, s sent in error), for a lack of available information and/or for a virus on the site. Participation in this Competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking, and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network. Each participant is responsible for taking all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer or phone against any attack. Any person connecting to the site and participating in the Competition does so entirely at their own risk. Furthermore, the Organising Company is not liable in the case of: - Problems with telephone connection, - Problems with equipment or software, - The destruction of information provided by participants for a reason not attributable to Air France, - Human error or errors of electrical origin, - Disruption which could affect the correct functioning of the Competition or the malfunctioning of the automated process of drawing lots. The Organising Company cannot be held liable for the physical inability of the winner to travel by air or to travel to a foreign country because their papers are not in order (lack of visa, lack of passport or passport out of date, etc.). In any case, if the correct administrative and/or technical operation of the Competition is disturbed by any reason not in accordance with the wishes of Air France, Air France reserves the right to interrupt the Competition. Any fraud or instance of these Rules not being respected may lead to the person responsible being excluded from the Competition. The

Article 8: Modification of the dates of the Competition Air France will not incur any liability whatsoever if, in the case of force majeure, or because of events outside of its control, it is forced to cancel this Competition, curtail it, or extend it, postpone it or modify its conditions. Air France reserves the right to extend or reduce the dates of the duration of the Competition Article 9: Interpretation of the Rules The Organising Company will decide any matter relating to the application of these Rules according to French law. These decisions may not be appealed. Any dispute or claim relating to this Competition must be expressed in writing and sent to the address of the Competition and will not be considered after one month has elapsed from the closure of the Competition. Article 10: Applicable law and jurisdiction These Rules are governed by French law. Article 11: Reimbursement This draw is completely free of charge and cannot be the subject of any reimbursement. Participants who access the site via a modem and a telephone line charged pro rata the length of the communication or by the call may obtain reimbursement of their connection costs on the website based on a fixed daily payment corresponding to the cost of the connection for 6 (six) minutes of local telephone communication from a landline, including all taxes. The costs incurred (current cost of second class post) by the participant in making this request will be reimbursed upon request. Only one request per participant (same last name, same address and/or same and/or same bank account details or post office account details) will be considered for the whole of the competition. As the current state of technical service offered means that some providers of Internet access offer free or fixed-rate connection to Internet users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the Site made on a free or fixed-price basis (such as, in particular by cable, ADSL or specialised connection) may not give rise to any reimbursement, as in this case a subscription to the access provider s services has been contracted by the Internet user for their use of the Internet in general and the fact that the Participant has connected to the Site and taken part in the Competition has not caused him/her

7 any additional cost or expense. It is likewise essential to make any request for reimbursement 10 calendar days at the latest after receipt of the relevant telephone bill. The date registered will be the date indicated on the bill. The request for reimbursement must include the following elements: the last name of the participant, their first name, their postal address and their address (all these elements must be identical to those registered on the registration form for the Competition), Bank Account details or Post Office Account details, the date and time when they participated, their and password, and, as soon as it is available, a photocopy of the detailed bill of the telephone provider and/or access provider with the dates and times of connection indicated by highlighting. This photocopy will serve as proof of the home address. The name and address of the person requesting the reimbursement must be the same as those given on the bill from the telephone provider. Article 13: Filing of the Rules The Rules may be freely consulted on the Air France Running website at the following address: A copy of the Rules will be sent free to any person who requests it. The costs incurred by the participant in obtaining these Rules will be reimbursed during the period of the Competition upon request from the same address, accompanied by bank account details and documentary proof. Article 14: Acceptance of the Rules Participation in this Competition implies full and complete acceptance of all the clauses and conditions in these Rules, as well as acceptance of the general conditions of sales and use of Sport Heroes Group. Article 15: Use of data and freedom of information Personal information collected during the course of this Competition will be handled in accordance with the French Data Protection Law of 6 January 1978, modified by the French Law of 6 August Participants are informed that data indicated by an asterisk in the Competition is necessary for their participation to be taken into account. By application of Article 40 of this law, all participants have the right to access, correct or delete data relating to them.
