11 Voting Ballot for March 18, 2018 Please mark ONLY one! I want our church leadership to pursue: 1. lay-led ministry indefinitely. 2. lay-led ministry for 1 year while we re-evaluate ministerial options and our congregation s resources. 3. a yoked minister (which is a part-time minister shared with another congregation.) 4. a contract minister (either full- or part- time.) 5. an interim minister to support our congregation while we go into a search process over the next 1-2 years.
