The following subject may be discussed: 22 Consider creation of a Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone for an area west of IH 635, north of Scyene Road, east of Town East Boulevard and south of Gross Road. 23 Consider creation of a Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone for the Gus Thomasson Redevelopment Corridor. 24 Discuss economic development incentives for a business prospect seeking to locate on North Peachtree Road. Following discussions in executive session, the will reconvene in open session where any final action regarding executive session items will be taken.
