3 RESOLUTIONS / CONSENT AGENDA RESOLUTIONS* Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes a contract with Ricky Slade Construction, Inc. for the Salt Storage Facility Project in the amount of $34, Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby amends the adopted budget for a 2017 Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Year End Crackdown Grant from the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, in the amount of $5, Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes a Memorandum of Understanding with Neighboring Municipalities, joining the Riverfront Police Chaplains Response Team, for Police Chaplain Services. Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes the submission of a FY2018 grant application with the New Jersey Department of Transportation Bikeways Grant Program to identify and install appropriate signage for a Bike Route Connecting the Delaware River Heritage Trail to JFK Park and a Bicycle Pathway extension in JFK Park as outlined in the City s 2010 Master Plan. Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes the acceptance of the Detective Matthew L. Tarentino Community Policing Grant providing aid to police departments who wish to enhance and improve relationships with their communities through community policing. Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes the submission of a FY2018 grant application with the New Jersey Department of Transportation Safe Streets to Transit Program for the Phase V Broad Street/Towne Center Station Pedestrian Route and Beautification Improvement Project. Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes the submission of a FY2018 grant application with the New Jersey Department of Transportation Transit Village Program for a revitalization project for the downtown parking lot located between Stacy Street and High Street. Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes an amended agreement, Change Order No. 1, with Clyde N. Lattimer & Sons Construction Company, Inc. for a reduction in the amount of $13, providing for quantity adjustments in connection with the Catwalk Replacement Project at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, making a revised total contract amount of $260,

4 Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby amends the adopted budget for a 2017 Detective Matthew L. Tarentino Community Policing Grant from the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, in the amount of $9, Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby designates Matrix Burlington River Road North Urban Renewal LLC as Redeveloper of Block 226, Lot Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby designates Matrix Burlington River Road South Urban Renewal LLC as Redeveloper of Block 226, Lot Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby finds and declares that the "Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan and Minor Subdivision for Matrix Business Park at 6A," and the Minor Subdivision Plan for 1101 East Pearl Street, Block 226, Lot 1, Burlington City, Burlington County, New Jersey, for the Redevelopment Project are consistent with the Redevelopment Plan and the Redevelopment Agreement. Resolution No Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby approves the application for a Financial Agreement of Matrix Burlington River Road North Urban Renewal LLC governing payments in lieu of taxes for property to be identified as Block 226, Lot 1.01 on the Tax Maps of the City of Burlington and further authorizes the Mayor, Municipal Clerk, Business Administrator and other City Representatives to negotiate a Financial Agreement for the payment in lieu of taxes for Block 226, Lot 1.01, consistent with the information provided by the Redeveloper in the application. Resolution No * Mercantile License to Stephan N. Demitro, 143 Birch Hollow Drive, Bordentown, N.J. to operate a business at 500 E. Route 130 t/a SND Auto Repair. Resolution No * Mercantile License to Sheyva Bosey, 6 Welner Court, Manalapn, N.J. to operate a business at 246 W. Route 130 t/a High Quality Imports. Resolution No * Mercantile License to Ryan Vaxmonsky, 317 E. Union Street, Burlington, N.J. to operate a business at 30 E. Union Street t/a Evermore Coffee. -4-

5 Resolution No * Mercantile License to Brad Vasquaez, 205 E. Union Street, Burlington, N.J. to operate a business at 220 High Street t/a LoFi Books, Records & Coffee. Resolution No * Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes the temporary closure of Rigg Road between #907 and #920 for a Block Party on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Resolution No * Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby declares its support for the Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over 2017 Statewide Crackdown from August 18 through September 4, 2017 and pledges to increase awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving. Resolution No * Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes the cancellation of 2016 taxes, and any interest thereon, on property owned by the City of Burlington. Resolution No * Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes the issuance of refund checks for overpayment of 2017 taxes due to a reduction in the assessment. Resolution No * Mercantile License to Kenneth Crain, 155 Cooper Avenue, Cherry Hill, N.J. to operate a business at 23 W. Route 130 t/a Ferguson Enterprises. Resolution No * Common Council of the City of Burlington hereby authorizes the issuance of a refund check for overpayment of 2017 taxes due to the exemption for a property owned by a totally disabled veteran.
