Amendment/Modification/Addition The bidders shall be given marks for the manpower availability, relevant experience and proposed approach and methodology to carry out the task in the following manner. The Bidder /consortium members together must score 70 marks out of 100 marks in marking system specified in table mentioned in point no.6,page no.10 in order to qualify for next stage of price bid opening. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 180 days (One hundred and eighty days) after the date of opening of price bid. 2

Qualification and experience of the experts provided in the point no 5(f) of the bid summary shall stand revised as follows; Position Qualifications and Experience 1 Team Leader Experience in Transport Planning / Urban Planning Minimum 15 years of experience in Parking Projects/Transport Policy Formulation/ Master Planning/ Transaction advisory in Urban Transport and related Areas. 2 3 Urban Transport Policy Expert Traffic Engineer/ Planner Minimum 10 years of experience in formulation of parking policy/urban transport policy/ Master Planning/ Urban Development Plans and related areas. Minimum 8 years of experience in Road and Junction Design/Traffic Master Plans/ Parking Master Plans/ Parking related projects Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Geography/Cartography /GIS / Civil Engg./Architecture/ or equivalent 4 GIS Expert Minimum 8 years of experience in using GIS for Preparation of Maters Plans, TP Schemes, Road Network Assessment etc., 5 PPP and Implementation Expert/ Economist MBA or equivalent/ MA economics/ M Plan (Transport / related areas). Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Analysis/ Project Structuring/ Concession Document preparation and transactions advisory through Public Private Partnerships in parking projects/urban sector / urban transport projects 3
