Code, Vernon s Texas Codes Annotated, should be held, the Council may convene into a closed or executive meeting or session concerning any and all subjects and for any and all purposes permitted by Section through including: Section consultation with attorney, deliberation regarding real property, deliberation regarding prospective gift, personnel matters, conference with employees, deliberation regarding security devices, exclusion of witness from hearing, certain public power competitive matters, economic development negotiations, and certain licensing or certifications test items.
