13 Sensitive Use Buffering State Law: - 1,000-foot buffer - Applies to all three types of marijuana uses - Public parks, playgrounds, recreation/ community centers, libraries, child care centers, schools, game arcades, public transit centers Potential Additional Uses: - Rehabilitation/detox centers, jails, courts, residential zones/uses, special needs housing, religious facilities, public open space, historic districts, other marijuana uses 7
