2 01 / overview Expanding upon the success of the 3rd annual Public Sector Innovation Show in Australia, PSN s Public Sector Innovation will be coming to New Zealand in November Join 120+ of your peers in Wellington this November and take part in the inaugural gathering of public sector leaders in New Zealand, who will be taking a different look at how we can better deliver government services, using innovative new ways of thinking, and transforming the way we develop and deliver services, using new tools, technologies, and processes. The conference will be divided into a plenary and two streams to focus on: TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES Tools & Technologies play a critical role in the positive transformation of government; from the upgrading of legacy IT systems, to transitioning of government policy making and service delivery towards digital models, transferring data and services to the cloud, and front edge leading advances like automation and machine learning. This stream will address the tools and technologies that will assist the Public Sector in their transformation journeys. PEOPLE & PROCESSES Underpinning all positive change to government administration, are the people and processes in place. This stream will focus on the human aspect of transformation, as well as looking at showcasing new ways to work and think in the Public Sector. The Future of Work in the Public Sector is an exciting place to be, and staying abreast of the new thinking, new technologies, and new ways to deliver services, is of the utmost importance.
