4 Purpose of Amendment 1. Merge three existing project areas 2. Extend time limits for West End I 3. Extend eminent domain time limit 4. Increase bond debt and tax increment limits 5. Add three parcels (32 acres) to the Rough and Ready Island project area 6. Update projects, programs and activities 7. Update Redevelopment Plans to conform to current Health & Safety Code
