1 AGENDA Raymore City Council Work Session City Hall 100 Municipal Circle Monday, July 3, :00 p.m. A. Harold Estates Proposal The Board for the Harold Estates Subdivision has presented staff with a proposal and request for the City to take over the lift station that serves those homes. City staff will be bringing the details of the proposal before Council for their discussion. B. Solid Waste Service At its June 26th meeting, the Council voted 8-0 to award the solid waste contract to Jims Disposal Service. The Mayor requested that this item be placed on the work session agenda to allow for staff to present the information rollout plan moving forward and any final questions the Council may still have. C. Charter Amendment Discussion The City Council will be discussing the Charter Commission proposed amendments to the City Charter. D. Other EXECUTIVE SESSION (CLOSED MEETING) The Raymore City Council may enter an executive session before or during this meeting, if such action is approved by a majority of Council present, with a quorum, to discuss: Litigation matters as authorized by (1), Real Estate acquisition matters as authorized by (2), Personnel matters as authorized by (3),

2 Other matters as authorized by (4-21) as may be applicable. Any person requiring special accommodation (i.e., qualified interpreter, large print, hearing assistance) in order to attend this meeting, please notify this office at (816) no later than forty eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the meeting.
