14 7. Query Incomplete RMA Register Records This operation is to query previous incomplete RMA register records, There are three actions allow to do: Edit : To continue input SN to the RMA No. Open : To Open RMA Case. Close : To Cancel RMA No.

15 8. Import RMA from Excel Files Download Excel Template File Click Defect Column, and select appropriate Defect Code The sample format of Excel import template.

18 9. RMA Status Checking i. Click RMA Repair Report ii. You can fill out every condition you need to find the related report,then click view report and you will see the report below. Then choose the format which you want to export.
