1 NATIONAL INFORMATICS CENTRE ALIGARH (UP) Visit of SIO-UP to District Aligarh Dr. Saurabh Gupta, SIO, Uttar Pradesh, Shri Ajai Gopal Sr. Technical Director & Shri Rajesh Gangal, Technical Director visited Aligarh District on 24 th April SIO-UP had a meeting with District Officials and reviewed all the Central and State Level Projects. During this meeting, District Officials explained the efforts of NIC District Centre on various projects being implemented in the district and also informed that Farmers Loan Waiver Scheme, Excise e-lottery, DARPAN (Dashboard for Analytical Review of Projects Across Nation), Bhu-Lekh, IGRS, CM helpline, Video Conferencing, Internet Connectivity to all offices of Collectorate, Vikash Bhavan and also District Court(Judiciary) effectively utilized in the district with significant results. The official also explained the effective and transparent use in every Election process at district level. During meeting SIO Sir give presentation on E-Office and 1076-CM Helpline. Detail presentation on DARPAN S/W also given by Sri Ajay Gopal, STD. Later, a review meeting of the e-governance activities of the district was convened by SIO sir and implementations of following MAJOR PROJECTS were reviewed by him. Targeted Public Distribution National Successfully All Stakeholders & System (Developed by NIC-UP) Implemented beneficiaries are being (Wheat Procurement) benefited. 7. Rani Laxmi Bai State Running Successfully Provide assistance for MahilaSammanKosh women/girl child who may be direct/indirect victims of violence but require critical social and economic empowerment. 8. I.G.R.S. (Grievance Redressal) State Running Successfully getting feedback from complainer, get disposal of complaints from respective authorities. 9. C.M. helpline State Running Successfully β version has been launched.

2 10. Anti Bhu Mafia State Running Successfully 11. Swachh Bharat Abhiyan National Running Successfully NIC-district centre is providing full support in feeding of MIS at the portal. 12. E-District National Successfully Citizens are availing the (Developed by NIC-UP) Implemented services at their door-steps through CSC s and Lokvani Centres. 13. e-tendering State Running Successfully Many e-tenders has been floated on etender.up.nic.in site by different departments. Several training sessions have been organized and hands on training had been provided by NIC to departments. 14. PRERNA-Property National Running Successfully On line appointment can be Registration (Developed by NIC-UP) fixed by getting themselves through registration. 15. E-Office National Implementing Phase Training Programme Organize for District Officer. 16. E-Hospital National Implementing Phase Implementation of this Project in two District Hospitals are in Progress. 17. E-Nagarseva State Running Successfully Project is successfully running in Aligarh Nagar Nigam. 18. Aligarh Sushashan District Running Successfully Three Online Services are provided through this portal and many are in pipeline. 19. E-Transit Pass State Running Successfully Manage three Mines across the district. 20. Video Conferencing State/National Running Successfully Everyday VC is scheduled for monitoring of various projects / work progress at district level by Senior officer of HQ. Shri Praveen Singh, DIO briefed the activities carried out by NIC-Districts Centre and exhibits all the physical and digital assets of NIC-Aligarh to SIO-UP. In morning SIO sir briefed Press Conference and followed by a presentation by Shri Ajai Gopal Bhartaria, Sr. Technical Director and Shri Rajesh Gangal, Technical Director regarding the projects running at State level and demonstrated the utilization for efficient monitoring of district progress online at dashboard of DM. SIO Sir also visit Wave group Wine factory and see the activity related to Bar Coding on items manufacture in the factory. SIO UP & his team was very much pleased to perceive the activities and efforts done by NIC-Aligarh.
