3 Implementation Arrangement developing and institutionalizing DB Reform engagement in Pakistan High-level WBG engagement led to the establishment of a Prime Ministerial Steering Committee and a Doing Business (DB) Secretariat at the Board of Investment to ensure effective implementation of reforms Provincial Chief Secretaries heading DB Working Groups in Punjab and Sindh Two provincial DB Secretariats established Relevant multi-gp WBG team is providing intensive technical support for each indicators More than half of the 100 Days Reforms have been fully implemented, notified and disseminated through electronic, print and social media Monitoring of reform implementation is automated in the form of an online Dashboard managed by the BOI A strategic communication plan is in place intensive private sector and media engagement 2

Modules developed for integrating Plant Protection Department (600 certificates daily) and Animal Quarantine Department.
