1 NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing to receive input on the following planning application will be held on: COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE (PUBLIC HEARING) February 6, 2018 at 7:00 pm at VAUGHAN CITY HALL, COUNCIL CHAMBER 2141 MAJOR MACKENZIE DRIVE, VAUGHAN, ONTARIO, L6A 1T1 PROPERTY: APPLICATION: APPLICANT: FILE NUMBER: RELATED FILE NO.: The subject lands are located south of Rutherford Road and west of Jane Street, and are municipally known as 1 Bass Pro Mills Drive, and more specifically within the Vaughan Mill Shopping Centre parking area, shown as Subject Lands on s #1 and #2 (Ward 4). The Applicant has submitted an application to amend the City s Zoning By-law 1-88 to permit a Financial Institution (Tangerine Bank), for a temporary period of three (3) years, within the parking lot of the Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre, as shown on s #3 and #4.
