10 AREA overview North Randall, OH The industry driven village of North Randall, OH is ideally located by major highways I-480, I-271, and U.S. 422 just minutes from the heart of downtown Cleveland and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. North Randall shares its boundaries with Warrensville Heights and Bedford Heights. Since 1925 it has been the home of Thistledown Racetrack and The Ohio Derby.
