TENDER NOTICE [FOR SALE OF RAW WOOL] Sealed tenders are invited from the interested parties for sale of raw wool on as is where is basis. The wool is lying at Wool Grading cum Marketing Centre, Palampur (Banuri), Distt. Kangra, H.P. [Phone No ] and can be inspected on any working day. The tender document comprising of the tender application form and terms and conditions can be obtained from the above office free of cost OR downloaded from the official website of the Federation; on or before The tenders complete in all respects must reach the undersigned on or before by 2.00 PM. The tenders will be opened on , at 3.00 PM. The tenders must be accompanied with a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rs Five Thousand only) as Earnest Money Deposit in the shape of demand draft drawn in favour of H.P. Wool Federation payable at Palampur. The conditional tenders or tenders received after due date and time will be out rightly rejected. The tenders will be opened on 31 st March 2018 at 3.00 PM in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may like to be present at the time of opening of tenders. Terms & Conditions 1. The above quantity is likely to increase since the procurement is in progress. 2. The rates to be kept valid for 120 days from the date of finalization of tender should be quoted on per Kilogram basis along with the quantity required. 3. The tenders must be accompanied with a sum of Rs 5000/- (Rs Five Thousand only) as Earnest Money Deposit in the shape of demand draft drawn in favour of H.P. Wool Federation payable at Shimla. The EMD of the unsuccessful tenderer/s will be refunded as such after opening of tenders. No tender will be accepted without the EMD.

The successful parties/tenderers will have to place their confirmed orders alongwith 10% of the total cost of the ordered material as advance (to be adjusted against final payment) within 20 days from the date of receipt of the letter of acceptance of their offer. 5. The ordered stocks can be lifted either in one go or in parts as per the convenience of the successful tenderers within120 days from the date of the letter of acceptance. 6. In case the Federation does not receive supply orders for entire quantity of wool available, the Federation will be at a liberty to sell/ dispose of surplus wool available in the open market as per its convenience. 7. In case parties/tenderers wish to scour the wool at the Scouring plant of the Federation at Palampur, they may get the wool scoured on job work basis for which they have to pay the job work charges fixed by the Federation on greasy wool. 8. The cooliage/labor charges/lifting and packing charges etc. will be borne by the successful tenderer. 9. In case the date of opening of tender happen to be a holiday the tender shall be opened on next day at the same time and venue. 10. In case of any legal dispute in respect of this tender the jurisdiction of court will be at Shimla (Himachal Pradesh, India) only. any reason/s.
