3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Quotation must be submitted in a single sealed cover at our Office. The envelope should be sealed and conspicuously marked. QUOTATION FOR RENEWAL OF EXISTING TREND-MICRO WORRY-FREE BUSINESS SECURITY (SMB) ANTIVIRUS LICENSE 25 (TWENTY FIVE) USERS FOR THREE YEAR. 2. All the documents / enclosures / letters etc. shall be dully signed with company stamp. The signatory to the bid shall be the Proprietor / Director / Authorized Signatory having authorization from the company. 3. Quotations will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders. The representative may be the signatory to the bid or any authorized representative of the Bidder who shall carry authorization letter issued by the Bid Signatory of the company. 4. In case the day of opening of quotations is declared as holiday the opening shall be held on the next working day at the same time. 5. STPI may extend the last date of submission of quotations or opening date of quotations as it may deem required for any administrative reasons. 6. This quotation query is not transferable. Without Tender Fee, Unsigned and late submission of tender will be strictly rejected. 7. Quotation shall be valid for three months from date of submission of your offer. 8. Conditional offers will not be accepted. 9. Quotation may be sent by Post/Courier/Hand delivery. Quotation by Fax/ / Telegram will not be considered. 10. Payment shall be made 100% after delivery of license and successful installations of users against invoice within 15 working days. 11. The Trend-Micro Worry-Free Business Security (SMB) Antivirus License for 25 (Twenty Five) users, must be renewed for (03)Three Years. 12. STPI Kolkata has the right to reject or accept your offer or part thereof without assigning any reason thereof. STPI Kolkata decision in this matter will be final and binding on the quotations. 13. Any dispute arises shall be settled within the Jurisdiction of KOLKATA only.

4 ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS 1. Bidder must be an authorized OEM/ AUTHORIZED DEALER/ PARTNER of Trend Micro. 2. The bidder must have registered and fully functional office/ service center at Kolkata for immediate escalation of problems. 3. The Bidder shall have necessary registration certificate for GST, if applicable. 4. Copy of PAN Card. Note: The sealed & signed copies of the above documents must be submitted as a proof along with this documents, failing which the quotation/s would be rejected.
