The tender should be accompanied by EMD of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) in the form of DD / Pay Order favouring Karnataka State Beverages Corporation Ltd payable at Bangalore. The price should be quoted in the prescribed format at Annexure I. The price quoted should be inclusive of packing, transportation charges & GST. The GST should be mentioned separately on total basic price. The price quoted should be valid for a period of one year from the date of offer. Total value of both the items will be considered for deciding the successful bidder The total tendered quantity is only an estimation and may increase or decrease depending upon the situation and requirement. However, in any case, the decrease or increase may not go beyond 25%. The payment will be released within 15 days after satisfactory supply to our Corporate Office and on submission of bill. No advance payment will be made. Delivery: The successful bidder is expected to supply within 15 days from the date of issue of Purchase Order. The Successful bidder should supply the copier paper Free On Road/Rail to Corporate Office, as and when the orders are placed for supply by the Corporation. The Corporation is at liberty to levy penalty of a maximum of 10% of the ordered value in case of failure to deliver the Copier Paper within the stipulated period. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel the order, in case the supplier delays the supply for more than seven days from the date specified and agreed therein and also to forfeit the EMD/Security Deposit. For any loss arising out of delay in supply or non-conforming to the specifications / quality etc., will be to the account of the supplier. The earnest money deposit of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees five thousand only] by way of demand draft drawn in favour of KSBCL on any nationalized bank has to be furnished as EMD along with bids. The bids without EMD will be rejected. The EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be released immediately after placing order with the successful bidder. The EMD furnished by the successful bidder will be converted as security deposit for due performance of the contract and the same will be released after successful completion of the contract. 6 Tenders received in open covers/letters/fax/ telegram will not be considered. The tenders received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted. Tenders without the requisite EMD or conditional tenders will not be accepted. The tenders shall be valid for 60 days from the date of opening of tenders. KSBCL reserves right to accept or reject any or all quotes without assigning any reason.
